These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from La Selva Vintage ("LSV") by our customers ("Customer"). By purchasing from us, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

CONDITION & DISCLAIMER

All items sold by LSV are vintage and are therefore provided "as is." LSV makes no express or implied warranties regarding any item’s condition, materials, craftsmanship, or suitability for any specific purpose. Due to the unique and aged nature of vintage items, some wear may be present. LSV is not liable for any outcome, usage, or potential incidents arising from the use of the items.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. LSV does not offer returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. We strongly recommend reviewing all images and descriptions carefully before purchase. If additional images or details are needed, please contact us.

In the rare event that a significant defect not listed in the description is identified within 12 hours of receipt, please contact us with photographs or videos for review and possible refund/exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and include photos of both the item and packaging. Upon verification, LSV may issue a full refund for the item and shipping costs.

LOCAL PICKUP

Pickup is available at our location at Roncesvalles, Toronto. The Customer is responsible for scheduling a pickup or delivery time. Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Items left uncollected after this period may incur storage fees or be forfeited without refund if no communication is received.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery fees are not included in listed prices. Customers are encouraged to request a shipping quote prior to purchase, as all sales are final. If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please notify us at the time of purchase.

RENTALS

Furniture rentals are available for short-term use. Please contact us for rental rates, conditions, and availability.
